In addition, AquaMaker is suitable for reef aquariums and garden ponds. It is also perfectly safe for all fish, plants, corals, shrimps, snails, as well as for the biofilter.

AquaMaker has a very versatile action:

  • Eliminates chlorine
  • Eliminates chloramine
  • Removes heavy metals, such as copper, zinc and lead
  • Binds and detoxifies toxic ammonia
  • Binds and neutralizes toxic nitrite
  • Binds and neutralizes nitrate
  • De-stress the fish
  • Protects the mucous membrane and gills of fish

AquaMaker has no effect on pH, KH or GH. In a saltwater aquarium, it does not cause the skimmer to become overactive.

Use

It is recommended to add AquaMaker to tap water used for water renewal. So only use the dose corresponding to the volume of this new tap water. Thus, aggressive substances are immediately neutralized.

Of course, AquaMaker can also be administered directly into the aquarium. In this case, base the dose on the total volume of aquarium water.

Dosage

The standard dosage is 10 ml per 50 liters of aquarium water.
Shake before use. The product may have a sulfur odor.

Example of dosage in tap water intended for water renewal:
5 buckets of 10 liters each are filled to renew the water. Then dose 2 ml of AquaMaker in each bucket, mix it for a moment, then pour it immediately into the aquarium. AquaMaker works really fast.

Example of dosage in an aquarium:
An aquarium has a water volume of 100 liters and 20 liters of water have been renewed. The AquaMaker dosage is therefore intended for the total volume of water, in this case 100 litres. The dosage of AquaMaker is then 20 ml.

Different dosages – chloramine, chlorine and nitrite concentrations & water temperature

* use a half dose of AquaMaker (5 ml for 50 liters) with low concentrations of chlorine, chloramine or ammonia

* use a double dose of AquaMaker (20 ml for 50 liters) with high concentrations of chlorine, chloramine or ammonia

* emergency dose: use a triple dose of AquaMaker (30 ml for 50 litres) with very high nitrite concentrations (3 mg/l or more) or ammonia values (1 mg/l or more)

* use maximum half doses of AquaMaker as soon as the water temperature exceeds 30 ºC (= 86 ºF)
