Fully synthetic sea salt, created with coral farming in mind. The composition of the salt has been designed to create the best living conditions for marine animals. It contains micro- and macroelements that fully satisfy the needs of corals for the elements necessary for their proper growth and coloration.

The salt does not contain bromides and can be used during ozone filtration. When starting a new aquarium, we recommend introducing the first animals only after 10-14 days from its filling.

Preparation method: the salt must be dissolved in previously prepared demineralized water. The water temperature should be around 24°C (75°F). To obtain a salinity of 33 ppt, dissolve approximately 3.8 kg (8.4 lbs) of salt in 100 l (27 US gal.) of water. The solution must be mixed vigorously for approximately 15 minutes. Aquaforest recommends keeping the salinity between 33 and 35 ppt. Once the dissolution is complete, the salted water is ready for use.

Salt should be stored in a dry place, away from light and moisture. Dissolved salt should be used within 48 hours.

Keep out of reach of children. For use in aquariums only. Not for human consumption.
