With Plantahunter natural gravel, Dennerle offers a wide range of attractive new gravels for individual design of your aquarium. The grain sizes range from 0.1 to 0.6 mm for fine quartz sand to medium sizes and coloured river gravel mixtures with a grain size of 10 to 30 mm. With Plantahunter natural gravel, you can easily create fascinating aquarium landscapes or reproduce natural biotope landscapes from our regions for your aquarium fish. At the same time, you can set attractive colour contrasts and surprising accents – even in existing aquariums.

The choice of the bottom substrate depends on the taste of the aquarium owner, the choice of plants and the planned stocking of the aquarium. Plantahunter gravel is 100% natural, without artificial coloring and is an essential element of the decoration. In order to maintain a natural landscape, we recommend mixing different granularities of the same type of gravel and placing gravel at different levels.

An alternation of natural colors gives a perfect harmony with the plants and a soothing aspect to the whole.
If you want more contrasts, use black or white gravel. Plantahunter natural gravel is ideal for aquascaping because it allows you to recreate natural underwater landscapes. The different colours and shapes allow you to design individual spaces and thus create fascinating contrasts and accents.

Tip : Fish like dark substrates and their colors will stand out even better.
