Years of research and testing have led to Red Sea 's ReefLED ™ smart reef lighting system. These lights are designed to ensure optimal coral growth and maximum color rendition, creating a soft shimmering effect throughout the aquarium.

ReefLED lights are guaranteed to be coral safe and REEF-SPEC ^® . They are also very easy to install.

Their built-in Wi-Fi connects them directly to the internet, allowing you to control them from your smartphone using the ReefBeat ^® smart aquarium app .

The heart of the module is a compact LED array that includes a multi-wavelength REEF-SPEC blue channel (a proprietary blend of blue, violet and ultraviolet LEDs) paired with an 8000K white channel, providing a range of temperatures colors that are safe for corals and allow all corals to thrive. Added to this is a 3W Moonlight channel dedicated to the low light intensities necessary for night observations.

ReefLEDs feature an optical glass lens that creates an even spectrum of light with ideal PAR values in the aquarium, with no over- or under-lit areas for coral growth.

The ReefLEDs are controlled by Red Sea 's ReefBeat app which has several pre-installed programs as well as functions like sunrise/sunset, moon cycle, random clouds and even an acclimatization program for new installations. ReefBeat also provides essential guidelines during installation as well as sending notifications to your smartphone, for example, in the event of a power outage.
