1. Particularities of Brighty Neutral K

GREEN BRIGHTY NEUTRAL K is a liquid fertilizer providing potassium for a planted aquarium. When potassium is in short supply, photosynthetic activity and the growth of aquatic plants are affected, and this can cause yellowing and discoloration of leaves as well as reduced resistance to algae. Adding GREEN BRIGHTY NEUTRAL K to the aquarium daily reduces these problems and promotes healthy growth of aquatic plants. This product does not cause an increase in pH and carbonate hardness (KH). It is ideal for adding potassium to aquatic plants that like low pH.

2. Use

For potassium addition, apply daily a pressure (=1ml) of Brigth GREEN K NEUTRAL for each slice of 20l of aquarium water. It is effective to add GREEN BRIGHTY NEUTRAL K when the lighting is on. If there is a large amount of aquatic plants in the aquarium, increase the additions by about 2-3 times the standard dose.

3. Precautions

Nutrients other than potassium are also necessary for the healthy growth of aquatic plants. Use GREEN BRIGHTY MINERAL for trace element addition, GREEN BRIGHTY IRON for iron addition and GREEN BRIGHTY NITROGEN for nitrogen addition. (Do not mix with other liquid fertilizers. Store in a cool, dark place avoid high temperatures and direct light.

Brighty K is strongly alkaline. The pH of aquarium water may increase temporarily and immediately after adding the product, but it will eventually return to its original level. Adding too much Brighty K can have a negative impact on shrimp such as Cardina japonica and can lead to death of the animal in the worst case. As you increase the amount of Brighty K, watch your shrimp closely during and after the additions. If an abnormal reaction is observed, perform a water change immediately.

In case of contact with skin, wash off immediately with tap water.

Store in a cool, dark place, avoid high temperatures.
