1 - The Opus G2 aquarium

Hidden Overflow

The NYOS Opus G2 Aquarium features an external overflow tray cleverly integrated into the rear wall, eliminating internal obstructions and maximizing space for your decor and fish. This configuration also makes cleaning the rear wall easier.

Ultra Clear Glass Panes for Vibrant Colors

Featuring ultra-clear glass front and side windows, the NYOS Opus G2 aquarium offers superior visibility. This high-quality glass, less tinted than traditional glass, accentuates the contrast and vibrancy of the colors of fish and corals, thus visually enriching your experience.

Pool Type Design

This model is designed without side or cross bars, providing a clear field of vision and thus improving the overall aesthetics of the aquarium.

2 - The Opus G2 furniture

The NYOS Opus G2 is offered with two cabinet options: Pro-Line or Slim-Line, each designed to combine robustness and aesthetics.

Robust design

These pieces of furniture are constructed from moisture-resistant panels, complying with EN 312, and coated with melamine resin, making them extremely resistant to scratches and impacts. They also feature waterproof pads inside for added protection.

Sustainability and Respect for the Environment

The wood used comes from legal sources, certified according to ISO 38200 and produced in FSC-certified facilities. With formaldehyde emissions well below legal limits, this furniture is made from 30% recycled materials and 45% co-products from the wood industry, thus reducing their carbon footprint.

Comfort of Use and Optimized Height

Furniture in the NYOS Opus G2 range is taller than the previous generation, providing improved ease of use. They have an integrated push-to-open door opening system for simplified access.

Aesthetics and Careful Design

Each piece of furniture is carefully finished, coated in melamine resin for an elegant and clean look, available in timeless white or modern basalt gray with a matte finish, allowing it to blend seamlessly into any interior decor.

3 - The technical part of the Opus G2

Compact and Efficient PVC Piping Installation

NYOS® OPUS® G2 PVC pipes stand out for their increased durability and safety compared to traditional pipes. Their design allows for quick and easy installation, optimizing the available space.

Advanced Sump System with Large Skimming Chamber

The NYOS® OPUS® G2 decanter is equipped with a large main chamber that can simultaneously accommodate multiple devices such as a skimmer, media reactor, or algae reactor, maintaining a constant water level of approximately 21 cm (8 inches).

Adjustable and Quiet Main Drain with Emergency Drain

The aquarium has a main drain with an adjustable valve, designed to significantly reduce noise during water flow. An emergency drain system is also integrated, ensuring increased safety and simplified maintenance.

Durable Nylon Filter

Included in the NYOS® OPUS® G2, a nylon filter is designed for extended use, providing improved efficiency and durability compared to standard filters.

Large capacity osmosis water tank

The refill tank, measuring 50 cm in height, is designed to store enough reverse osmosis water for approximately one week, simplifying aquarium water management.

Bedroom 3

The main filtration chamber, also called the skimming chamber, has a constant water level. It is possible to install other filters there, such as a media reactor.

Bedroom 4

Bubble trap, in which a coarse filter sponge can be placed if necessary.

Bedroom 5

Return room. In this chamber, water is returned to the main tank via the return pump. As the water level in the return chamber varies, this is where the evaporated water must be distributed via the osmolation system.
