The Care Magnet Nano cleaning magnet

Care Magnet

The "Care Magnet" concept is a new design in the field of aquarium cleaning magnets. It consists of an ergonomic handle and two blades made of "high-tech" plastic, resistant to wear and impact. Care Magnet is slim, patented and significantly more compact than traditional algae magnets with a large cleaning surface. It is very discreet and can therefore remain in the aquarium without affecting the overall appearance.

Why Care?

This cleaning magnet prevents scratches on aquarium glass. The internal magnet is more than 3 mm away from the glass, preventing sand grains from getting stuck between the glass and the magnet. The two blades made of special plastic remove and remove algae much more effectively than a flat cleaning surface, almost as effectively as a metal blade. The service life of the plastic blades is several months to approx. a full year. The low hydraulic resistance during cleaning and the high contact pressure make it almost impossible to detach the magnet.
For glass aquariums with old algae encrustations or a lot of hard-to-remove lime algae, we recommend replacing the large plastic blade with the special stainless steel blade supplied with the set.
