Almost 40% of the dry mass of plants consists of carbon. Carbon (carbon dioxide) is usually absent from aquariums – consequence: poor plant growth. And when plants grow poorly, algae
parasites seize their chance.

THIS IS HOW ORGANIC CARBO ELIXIER WORKS:
Plant metabolism is based on photosynthesis. During this biochemical process, solar energy is “harvested” and stored in energy-rich carbon compounds. Sugar, for example, is one of these energy-rich compounds used by the plant (a) as a universal energy source or (b) for the production of other compounds. To keep the example of sugar: the plant can again "burn" the sugar in its cells and trigger other metabolic processes with the released energy. Or, it can transform sugar into cellulose for example. Cellulose is the component that gives trees their rigidity and is made up of long chains of sugar.
How can the plant transform the elements between them?
The central hub in plant metabolism is called the citric acid cycle. The citric acid cycle is like a factory. It is here that the different substances are introduced in order to produce the necessary substances.
Using this metabolic pathway, the plant can produce all the vital carbon compounds: carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, vitamins, secondary plant materials, etc.
This is precisely where Carbo fertilizers come into play. These products contain selected active ingredients that are present in this or a similar form in plant metabolism. The active principles are absorbed by the plant and used in the cells in the form of building blocks to manufacture other superior compounds or used as a source of energy.

Added to this is another positive effect: all organic components, i.e. all carbon-based ones, are bacterially degradable. Filter bacteria feed on it. In the end, only carbon dioxide (CO2) and water remain. The components of Carbo fertilizers are also biodegradable. At the time of
