pH stability is of paramount importance for a saltwater aquarium. Fluctuations in pH quickly cause stress and illness in the occupants of the aquarium and thus shorten the longevity of the inhabitants.

TRIPLE BUFFER corrects the pH to quickly bring it to the recommended values of 8.2 to 8.4, by acting on the alkalinity (buffering power). At the same time it avoids dangerous variations in pH, the trace elements lost during any precipitation are also supplemented. TRIPLE-BUFFER adjusts the level of trace elements and thus promotes the well-being of all aquarium guests.

Using the measuring spoon provided, sprinkle TRIPLE-BUFFER over the surface of the water while stirring. Weekly dosage: 1 measuring spoon per 75 liters of aquarium water.

Regularly measure the pH and alkalinity of the aquarium water. The pH in the marine aquarium should be between 8.2 and 8.4 and the alkalinity between 6° and 10° dH. In the case of markedly different values (pH less than 7.8 or greater than 9.2; alkalinity less than 5°dH), add once daily the recommended amount until the desired values of pH and alkalinity are reached. If the alkalinity is higher than 12° dH, it is recommended to add ALCA-BALANCE to reduce the dKH value.
