When the water level rises in the skimmer body, the air supply to the pump is automatically shut off by the emergency overflow, reducing the chance of the bowl flooding if the water level rises in the decant.
The new skimmers also include minimum and maximum adjustment level markings on the outlet piping for easy installation.
The 'double base' baseplate design allows water to exit the skimmer body through a vacuum inside the paddle and into the integrated level adjustment tube and overflow tube. 'emergency.
