Regular production of CO2 thanks to the control gel

Bio-CO2 from DENNERLE takes advantage of the well-known fact that oxygen-deprived yeasts can produce CO2 from sugar. However, there is a problem: with pure sugar, the fermentation starts very quickly, but already decreases sharply after a few days.
