TUNZE - Pressure reducer 7077/3

Assembly

The 7077/3 pressure reducer must always be mounted vertically on its CO2 cylinder. The pressure reducer in the European version has a thread W 21.8 x 14 according to DIN 477.

Before connecting the pressure reducer to the CO2 bottle, it is important to close the adjustment screw (K) (anti-clockwise = zero pressure). Using the tightening nut (S), mount the pressure reducer 7077/3 on the bottle (V). Make sure the gasket is dry, clean and undamaged.

After a day of use, check again that the assembly is properly tightened and retighten if necessary. Connect the CO2 supply to the outlet of the pressure reducer (O) at the fine adjustment screw (L).

Maintenance

During use, it is particularly important that the various connections are properly sealed and that water cannot enter the pressure reducer. Each time the cylinder is changed, please check that the seal is in good condition and that it is worn. Replace if necessary.
