This activated carbon in cylinder form with a diameter of only 1.5 mm offers a very high filter surface and excellent performance values. It quickly and reliably removes all harmful substances from your aquarium water and brings you crystal clear water.

Directions for use: fresh water, 500 to 1000 ml of activated carbon for 500 liters of water, to be removed after 2-3 days, treatment to be repeated for 2 to 4 weeks if necessary. Seawater: 1 liter of activated carbon for 1000 liters of water, to be changed every four weeks. To be placed in a filter or in a filtration sock.

Technical data: neutral pH, specific surface of approximately 1100 m²/g.

• Following a drug treatment, do not forget to remove the activated carbon and replace it with a new one, as it retains harmful drug substances.
• In case of permanent use, the activated carbon must be removed after three to four weeks of use because it becomes saturated with undesirable elements, which can be released into the water.
