  • Digital aquarium thermometer displays water temperatures from 0-40°C in 0.1°C increments.
  • Installation: insert the battery, remove the protective film and stick the thermometer on the outside of the aquarium glass. The 2-part hook-and-loop adhesive attachment allows the thermometer to be removed at any time.
  • Accuracy: 1.0°C. Battery: 1x AG13. Dimensions: 6.5cm x 5.0cm. Height of the numbers: 2 cm - therefore easily readable. DO NOT immerse the thermometer in water! The thickness of the aquarium glass does not play a role.
  • The water temperature is transmitted with high precision through the aquarium glass to the contact, located on the back of the thermometer.
  • Included in delivery: 1 digital aquarium thermometer, with battery (AG13) and hook-and-loop adhesive mount.

The water temperature in aquariums is of decisive importance for animals and plants and must therefore be monitored. Most tropical ornamental fish prefer a temperature between 24 and 26°C, but there are also fish that prefer lower temperatures. The common discus is one of the fish whose ideal is rather a higher temperature, between 27 and 29 ° C.
The water temperature can be raised using immersion heaters (JBL ProTemp S) or lowered using coolers (JBL Cooler).
