Why use NO3+?

AF NO3+ is a source of pure nitrate and requires adequate concentrations for good coral growth. The nitrate concentration strongly depends on the phosphate content in the water. Check your PO4 level before increasing the NO3 level in your aquarium. Maintaining these ratios helps maintain proper chemical balance in the aquarium and protects the aquarium from increased algae growth.

AF NO3+ is a product from the Aqua Forest Lab series, designed for aquariums that want full control over aquarium parameters. Prior to use, it is recommended to test NO3 and PO4 levels and administer gradually until the desired nitrate level is reached.

The product is supplied in convenient and safe packaging for use in aquariums

What is the NO3+ dosage?

1 ml of AF NO3+ added to 100 l of aquarium water increases the level of nitrates by 0.5 mg/l (ppm)
The maximum recommended daily dose is 1 ml/100 l of water.
The optimal nitrate (NO3) value for a reef aquarium is 1 to 4 mg/l (ppm).
Check nitrate levels frequently and dose only when nitrate levels are too low.
Make sure the nitrate level is correct and that you are using a reliable test kit.
