Like us humans, fish need to be fed every day. The best is to divide their meal into two parts, giving them a small quantity, so that they eat their meal peacefully. It's up to you to decide the time, as a rule, it is morning and evening. If there is nothing left, you have given the right quantity, otherwise, use a net to remove the remains and avoid deposits.
There is a wide variety of foods: in flakes, granules, sticks, tablets... which will depend on the criteria of your fish and especially on their type (carnivore, homivore, crustaceans...).
With his small mouth, it is best to give him chips, flakes or glitter. The guppy is a fish that will ask you to vary its food a little, so don't hesitate to give it treats, such as live food (artemia and larvae).
